i don't really like it, they gave me wrong info. stated there and even say 3 year warranty (labour and parts) actually for the first year only.

Which model did you buy? Model that comes with 3 years upgraded warranty is 1st year intenational, 2nd and 3rd year local, all 3 years cover parts and labour. If the model comes originally with 3 years warranty, 1st year international covering parts and labour, 2nd and 3rd year local covering parts only. Labour fee is about $50-$70. Cheers!
